The HTHP Symposium 2026 will explore a broad spectrum of topics, covering everything from technical innovations to application-specific challenges. Experts from both academia and industry will share valuable perspectives, ensuring a well-rounded and insightful programme. The upcoming symposium offers a wealth of knowledge on heat pump technologies and pioneering solutions - from emerging trends to real-world applications.

Registration opens 9 July 2025

Below, you'll find an overview of the available registration categories. Please review these options and select the category that best fits your role - whether you are a participant, presenter, or student.

Participation fees

Please note that all prices are excluding VAT.

> Presenter

With an accepted abstract, you can register as presenter for a reduced fee. Please register your attendance as soon as possible and the latest by 28 November 2025.

> Student

Registration as a student requires a valid documentation of your status as a student (including PhD students). Please provide the documentation by e-mail to: info@hthp-symposium.org and include "Student documentation" in the subject line of your e-mail.

> Exhibitors and Sponsors

Registration as exhibitor or sponsor requires a prior agreement regarding your selected exhibition or sponsorship package. Click here for further details on our exhibition and sponsorship packages.

> Press

Registration as a member of the working press requires prior approval and compliance with HTHP Symposium criteria. Click here to read the full Terms and Conditions.

Payment information

Registration can only be paid by card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Dankort, or VISA).

If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact our organizing team at info@hthp-symposium.org 
and include "Payment by invoice" in the subject line.

Cancellation

For cancellations or changes later than four weeks before the start of the event, there will be an administration fee of 50% of the cost. For cancellations or changes later than two weeks before the start of the event there will be no refund.

Photos

The event organizers and other participants may take photographs and video during the event. The photos and videos will be used in printed materials or on the internet about the HTHP Symposium without additional notice or compensation. Individuals will not be identified/named in any photo.
